It’s not very hard to do so, but if she refuses you’ll need to bring back a pelt from the forest so that Cammen can win her over. Speak to her and, when prompted, say she refused to give Cammen her hand.
Agree to help him and choose to attempt to persuade Gheyna in return for a book. You’ll get the chance to intimidate or persuade him into telling you. Speak with him and ask about his problem. There are four quests available to you in this area.
Attempt to open it to be given a chance to use your persuasion, though you pretty much need maxed persuasion to succeed.
